You are able to send emails from Altis, with and without an attachment. The basic emailing instructions can be found here.
Previously you were only able to send documents that were stored within Altis as attachments to those emails, now you are able to add any document from your computer to the recipient of your email from Altis. To find out how, follow the steps below:
- Go to the toolbar on the top right of your case file, and select the ‘Send Email’ icon.
- Select your recipient.
- Select your email template.
- In the next screen you will see an ‘Add Attachment’ button. When selected this will open up your computer’s files, which you will be able to add to the email at will.
- To add multiple attachments, just select the ‘Add Attachment’ button multiple times.
