You have the power to change the PIN for your client’s login to Altis. This is so that you do not have to contact us if your client forgets their details, which might potentially waste yours and your clients time.
This can be done by following the steps below:
- Head to the widget containing your client’s information (Purchaser Details/Seller Details)
- Click on the ‘Client Report’ icon:
- If the client login has already been activated it should look like this:
- As you can see, the PIN is visible to you. In order to change it, simply change the number here, then click save. You can then update your client on their new details.
