The Other Side Team widget allows users to add and manage other side contacts when working on a solo transaction (i.e. the otherside is not using Altis or have not yet accepted the invite to work on the other side yet).
To start adding contacts, you first must set which firm is acting on the other side via the Other Side widget.
When the Other Side has been added, click on the button titled ‘Add a team member’:
Select the User and Role and click on the ‘Save’ button.
The Other Side contact will be added. Multiple contacts can be added and contacts can be removed:
Note: If you identify a contact for the other side that does not appear in the drop-down list, please contact Altis Support with their details and we will look to add them for you.
